I interviewed at Willow Chiropractic (Bristol, England)
Interview
Applied on Indeed, A quick quiz about why I am applying followed by a phone call then a final interview. They then asked for a shadowing shift so I could see how the role would suit me! Then they made an offer, all within 10 days
Very nice interview-quite casual - more so trying to discuss the person you are not the skills you have. Interviewed by 2 people who were engaging with responses and impressed if you do your homework on chiropractics.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Why do you want to work for us?
2. What do you know about chiropractics?
3. Another question was about if you'd tell a friend her dress looked bad if she really liked it or something along those lines.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Willow Chiropractic (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
An initial telephone conversation with the manager. She asked very personal questions about pay in my previous job role, which I thought was actually quite rude. I mean imagine if I had discussed what salary they were willing to pay, even before I had an interview. Then she asked why I wanted the job, I mean come on now, this is a telephone job right? It's not a managers position. I have to pay the bills don't I. I should have not bothered but I attended the interview out of curiosity. But it only got worse. I was then asked what I didn't like about my previous job which is not something I want to dwell on in an interview. The interviewer then queried why I left my previous role which again is personal and has nothing to do with this job. The interview was very unprofessional and told me its not where I should work. These people are time wasters and will interview large numbers of people to pay the lowest wage.
