The interview process was roughly 3hrs long with team activities in around 7 or 8 groups which then shifted to individual interviews. A hiring manager would sit within each group to monitor how you came to the solution as a team.

A group interview where you are split into teams and given tasks with building blocks etc to test your teamwork/leadership, also a private interview section at the end that lasts a few minutes and is one-on-one with a manager

Very easy questions. More around availability and when you can work more than skills based questions. It was a pleasant experience and I got the job. Make sure you get there in good time, quite often the car park fills up fast.
