Wind Productions interview questions

This place was pretty unorthodox in their hiring approach. They gave me a folder for my harddrive to do a "test edit" and later were upset that they gave me an old edit. I watched a video and was told to put together an edit anyway. So I put it together on a timeline and submitted it. When I went back for an interview they told me the editing was sloppy. I pointed out all the problems with the edit and told him if he paid he could have received a better edit. He never called me back after attempting to call his assistant several times.
