Window Ninjas interview questions

They bring you into a large room with up to 25 other candidates, and then ask at random questions to people to answer out loud. Some candidates don't get asked questions solely based on appearance (they stated this). Then they conclude and contact you solely based on that.

First round is a group interview with 15+ people. They don't know anyone's names or experience levels and ask questions at random. It's obvious who they like because they will ask the same handful of people questions the entire time while skipping over other candidates.
