Interview
First I took an automated computer test and after clearing that, I was provided with a face to face interview. I was selected through campus interview. Wipro and other major service companies had come to our campus for recruiting the final year students. As long as you act normal and dont do anything stupid and know what you are speaking, you will be selected.

They asked me about my final year project and areas of interest. Once you show that you are strong in your areas of interest, you are good to go.
