Interview
The HR took the interview. She asked questions about the reason to join as an associate, future planning and few questions about the company itself. Then there were several test on voice and accent. There was a test on computer skills as well. There was a background check as well which was done by contacting the coordinator of my last firm which was an NGO.
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
Very descriptive but interesting, They made us feel comfortable as well. Good Environment and good interview mechanism, structure is great - very well organized and very professional. 4 rounds and good structure
