day long interview , two rounds , technical interview and HR . selection depends on the mood of the interviewer taking into consideration his/her ego . if your interviewer is fine and normal you can easily crack the interview but if not , then even if you are graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology , and a IQ comparable to einstein , you will get rejected ,in short it all depends on your luck.
