I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wipro (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
Usual phone interview, technical interview, HR interview, and then background check. Questions about programming experience based off my undergrad projects. I have already given the interviewer my coding project to review. I had to thoroughly explain the flow of logic from every line of code
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
