I was short-listed for the interview through a consultant.
First round was telephonic, after a week there was a F2F interview with GM and after another week a telephonic round with his boss.

All Questions were related to BPO operations and people management.
I was asked to solve a few problems on paper, related to attrition and staffing.
Very Structured interview process, clarity on all steps. The number of rounds can be on the higher side and the time to release the offer will depend on the urgency
