Interview process will be with the client one round of telephonic interview followed by one skype and face to face interview. Some times they will skip in person interviews if the client is not local.

Question 1
Most of the questions will come from the client requirement and resume. Some times they do ask some generic questions which might not be mentioned in the requirement and resume.
I received a call asking me questions about how I would be a good fit to be employed in an automotive industry. Later the person ended up saying if I take a 6week long SAS training paying 700USD, I would have a better shot at the job and that the money paid will be refunded on completion of the training.
