First response was to create a presentation based off particular communication being trickled down to the team level. Second response was that I would be a great fit and to schedule an interview. The interview was only with the recruiter to "get to know me better." It lasted about 30 minutes and I was told that I would most likely hear back the following Monday (this was Tuesday). I then received a generic rejection email on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) only thanking me for applying.
