      I have applied to Transferwise 3 times. The first time, I got an online test and went to the office for the interview. It was a really easy going interview and I felt the people conducting the interview were rather unprofessional to the degree that team lead said that "they even don't know everything" since everything is in constant change or sth and the other person who was a customer support agent tried to make the situation better. After got a response that I was not passionate about their business. 2nd time applied for the same position and without receiving an e-mail to do the test got the response that thanks for your application the test but we decided to move on. But the weird thing was that they rejected immediately without sending me any link. Applied online 3rd time and got a contact from a recruiter asking me to finish an online assessment. 1-day later got a no-reply message that they have found candidates who they feel are a better fit for the Business Customer Support Associate (English speaker) role. Though I had already gained valuable experience in a similar position and pretty confident that the skills test went well. I feel people who work there lack of professionalism and strong leadership. So this speaks poorly for the culture there.

      The whole interview process felt really clear and smooth from beginning to end. I always knew what the next steps were, and communication was consistent throughout. Everyone I spoke with was kind, approachable, and respectful, which made the experience feel very human and welcoming. It genuinely made me feel comfortable and excited about joining Wise.

      Tudo foi bem rápido. Após a candidatura, se aprovado, você recebe um email com um teste. Dentro desse teste tem 5 blocos, onde eles avaliam a rapidez de digitação, seu listening, e tem um que você precisa se gravar respondendo uma pergunta em inglês. Se aprovado, eles marcam a entrevista. Que para mim, foi bem tranquilo. Se eu puder te dar uma dica é, estude a empresa, como ela trabalha, e vai tranquilo. Eles valorizam muito a honestidade, então se estiver nervoso, fale, tome uma água e recomece. Vai dar certo!

      There were a handful of tests in the course of over two weeks leading up to the Google Meet interview with two of their associates. It felt close and personal, with extraordinary professionalism and investment. I hope to get another opportunity some day.
