I went through a recruiter interview, a hiring manager interview, and completed a case study. The case study itself was enjoyable, but the instructions and expectations were unclear—on one hand they said “don’t spend more than two hours,” yet they seemed to expect a script, a presentation, and precise answers to detailed questions and estimations. The feedback I received wasn’t entirely fair either; some of the points they flagged as wrong were actually correct and they just oversaw them. On top of that, I wasn’t given the opportunity to present my work in person, which felt a bit inconsiderate since I believe what I produced was a solid.
Smooth, take home test, hr screen, and then 2 panel interview with the team. Friendly interviews start to finish feedback given, prompt responses from hr. standard hr questions, standard sql, python questions nothing too difficult.
