I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wise (Tallinn) in Nov 2021
Interview
1. HR
2. Tech round
3. System design
4. Pair prog
5. Product
6. Offer call
All processes happened quite fast. the HR team is very responsive, they really help me to complete all the processes and answer every question or doubt and even personal request for scheduling the interview/
the tech round can be shortened by 2 rounds, however, all of the tech rounds really left a good impression on my side. I immediately know the company is a good place for working and will help me to grow my skills with a bunch of talents there.
The product rounds are something unique, basically, as a SE we rarely jump into a specific product decision question, however, I could able to contribute some ideas and decisions.
Finally offer call, in the beginning, I was doubting to join the company because of visa processes however finally I decided to join because of the company mission and value really something that I want to work for compared with another offer.
Can't wait to join the team soon.

Question 1
HR have asked me about my experience and thats all
First a triage call to talk about past experience in cv.
Then a take home test or a technical test call.
Be warned that they're extremely picky.
I was left with a feeling of "technical arrogance".
