I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Within3 (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
Communication started out swift and thanks to the time zones across the business, it was easy to do interviews outside of normal hours. Conversation was very laid back and easy, there were no tricky questions and the conversation was quite casual throughout.
However, I do have to echo other reviews and warn that the process is long and ultimately ends up disorganised. After three interviews I was ignored in email contact that had been swift and open up until then. I was told that they were interviewing other candidates, which is fine but confusing when you've been through three interviews in quick succession. Was told I'd be contacted shortly but then waited about three weeks until I was finally given a decision.
It's a shame to leave this impression because things were fantastic early on. The company sounds great on paper but if you do apply, expect a long process.
