Interview
I was interviewed and got shortlisted for training at RV College for about 5 days every alternative day. After completion of training in 15 days, they called for final interview which is taken by CEO of this company. He didn’t ask questions from Resume or training, he asked questions randomly and selected 1 or 2 out of 20 candidates. You guys wasted everyone’s time of one month just to ask random questions??? Don’t even know how to interview freshers?? Everyone complained about CEO’s behaviour. Everyone travelled around 30-40 Kms in Bangalore traffic and few came from another district just to reach the training location and you guys don’t even ask even one single question from the training & resume🫡
