Question 1
Biggest thing was to provide a 30-60-90 day presentation of my first 3 months at the company. Everything else was pretty standard.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wndyr in Feb 2022
Interview
My interview process was very quick and organised from the moment I first talked to the recruiter till the day I signed the offer letter.
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to setup a call with me. On the call, she introduced the company to me and we went through the job description to see if my skills and experiences matched the job requirements. Once she was okay with my skills, she setup a meeting with the hiring manager who I spoke to for about 30 minutes and I was given a problem to solve and present it. The problem was to implement a solution using an IPaaS system which was very exciting to do. After my presentation, I spoke to the Chief People Officer for an hour later that day. The interview with her mostly was to see if I will be a great fit for the company (Culture is very important in this company). I spoke to the CEO the next day to learn more about the company and its goals and I received an offer the next day. The whole interview process took like a week.

I applied online. I interviewed at Wndyr in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and was reached out to by a recruiter for and interview. I was told to read up on the founders and the company before the interview which was fine. It was a video interview, interview was standard. The recruiter explained what the process would be like if I was selected for the next steps, it was some sort of testing, and then a training period before you would actually be hired. It took about two weeks before I was notified they were not moving on with me as a candidate.
