If I remember correctly – screening call, a video interview, a writing sample, then moved on to an in-person interview at their Philadelphia office. Everyone was very kind, nothing surprising throughout the process.

I had one phone interview, one video call, and a written assessment that took over ~3 hours. Overall the interviews were relatively straight forward, the written assessment felt a bit over the top all things considered, felt like they wanted to push their book at points.
