I applied online. I interviewed at Wolfspeed in Jan 2021
Interview
First it was with a recruiter who asked me more general questions and then the second phase was a technical interview. I didn't get to the end, but they mentioned that the last part of the interview process would be a presentation of my past work to a team of engineers.

Interview with most peers was relaxing, insightful, friendly, but challenging @ times. Now that I work with them, I can see they were all genuine.
HR Rep 1:1 profiling was more personal than a 200 item multiple choice questionaire. Keep it up.
Company was very accomodating & flexible on time since I didn't have much vacation from my prior employer.
They did a pretty good job getting back to me in a timely manner too.
It's too bad I wasn't able to do lunch with them (to get that informal dialogue too) during my interview, but that was mostly on me from a flight constraint.
You have to love all of the NC State folks here.
