I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolfspeed in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied online, then was contacted two days later to schedule a 30-minute phone interview with an HR manager. After this was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager that went into more depth about technical skills and looking over my resume. Both interviewers were very nice and professional. The next step was to either go on a Teams call or fly in for an in person interview, although I didn't get that far.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first interview asked more generic questions, like "Why are you interested in this position?" The second interview asked about experiences with coding, power systems, and some other technical skills, as well as explaining some projects on my resume.
