Wordly interview questions

Had a 45 min video interview. I thought everything went well. I was told they would get back to me about next steps, then sure enough, days and weeks go by with zero contact. I reached out to check on the status of my application and completely ghosted. This is incredibly unprofessional and rude. If an employer has no regard for their candidates time, that is a huge red flag.
