Interview process consisted of multiple calendar scheduling just thrown on my calendar. Had to take a call while on PTO due to this. For the mock client call portion, I had other employees on the call and had to answer their questions. I found this interesting because two of their questions were focused purely on the products implementation, which as someone who is only PRETENDING to be an employee and has never seen the software could never answer. I was told I wasn't technical enough, and had asked for more feedback but didn't receive that. So I can only assume they were talking about how I don't know how to implement this software. overall to spend 4 hours on interviews and not get real feedback is an unprofessional thing to do and warrants a critical review.
