not bad. Typical interview with typical questions. People seem friendly enough. no technical testing or written testing. No one asks you to setup something while they watch you under pressure like some interviews I have had in the past.
Terrible indeed , I was told they like to keep salary low to allow for job advancement . Interesting way to justify being cheap . I felt discriminated after interview and even reported to ceo . He did not care in any way
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback here and via LinkedIn. As I said there, I have followed up with my team and appreciate your perspective. For our Project Lead roles, team members are both coordinating projects and doing a fair bit of the actual project work too, and we've found that experience with the technologies we're working on is essential for success in the role. I wish you the best of luck in your job search.
We do have a compensation philosophy to ensure we're treating candidates fairly and in-line with the markets in which we operate, but also understand we may not have explained it well. Thanks for highlighting our need to improve in that area.
I applied online. I interviewed at WorkSmart in Jul 2020
Interview
I had a good experience interviewing for the AM position. They were all very friendly and I felt like it was a great company from this experience.
I was just a little disappointed that they set expectations for a decision on a certain day and it took over a week after that to hear back. But I did receive a prompt response when I followed up.
