I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workday in Feb 2012
Interview
After submitting my resume, they invited me on site for an all day interview. This consisted of a breakfast, company orientation, 3 hour block of 1:1 interviews, followed by another group presentation of the company, and finally concluded with a social.
All in all, the 1:1 interviews never really went too technical. They focused primarily on object relational models and design questions. They don't really go into coding as their in house developers use a proprietary language.
They really went out of their way to make the interview as stress free as possible and all of their employees are pretty laid back.

Overall process was smooth. The HRs were professional, and quick follow-up. Recruiters were friendly too. Many openings with different roles, you are able to interview for different roles at the same time
The interviews consisted of 1 design, 2 behavioral and 1 demo of their product. The last interviewer behaved rude and raised his tone while speaking. Disappointing behavior from him. Other interviewers were ok I think

This was pre-pandemic. I had a recruiter call, followed by the hiring manager call. I didn't think it was technical. After than, I went onsite and did 4 interviews back to back. The results came after a few days.

Question 1
Since it's app dev, the interview was very easy. There wasn't really any LC style of questions, but more on class diagrams/relationships.
