Interview
I applied online, the overall process took 4 weeks.
The initial phone screen took 30 minutes and gives insight into the role and workday culture.
It took a week to schedule the next interview. The next interview was a 30 minute long and with the hiring manager. The interview was average and they asked a few background questions to understand your previous experience with projects and HR software.
I thought it went pretty well, but then I did not hear anything back for three weeks. I got an email saying I did not get the role for value manager.
This was only the first stage of interviews and I'm frustrated that it took them this long to send out a response. For a company that values their employees and future employees, they should have higher expectations on when candidates get a response after interviewing.
For those interested in the role, there are three additional interviews after with a final presentation at the end.
Behavioral questions with the hiring manager at first and then directly go to round of 1 round of Qual take home and another round of Quant take home. The final presentation there were 4 people from the team to evaluate together

Question 1
What are the examples for you to demonstrate analyzing the complex data set
Multiple rounds of interviews (1:1) plus panel interview, presenting a business case for a retail prospect. Workday takes a skill-based approach and look for this throughout the hiring process. Speak to the recruiter about which skills they are looking for so that you can prepare accordingly

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Workday
Interview
First phase was a phone interview with a recruiter to confirm my qualifications. Second interview was with a senior manager to discuss my interest in the role, qualifications, and some behavioral questions. Third interview I had to prepare a 40 minute presentation and present it to other managers. Fourth interview I had to again give the 40 minute presentation to the executive level. I was given five days to prepare the presentation, which was not a lot of time while working full-time. They dinged me for using a script but the amount of info and data I had to cover was a lot.
