I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Pleasanton, CA)
Interview
I was contacted by Workday to join a new design focused Front End Engineering role. After a brief phone call with the hiring manager, I was invited to an on-site interview at their HQ in Pleasanton, Ca. The on-site was about 5 hours (not the typical 8 hours) and not very technical. Most of the questions were experience based, with only one system design session. Perhaps this is due to the fact that it wasn't for a typical SWE role, or perhaps it was due to my experience, but the interview process was easier than I expected.
The people at Workday were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the opportunity to interview with them.
