I had a video conference interview with two UX researchers at Workday. The interviewers asked me questions about my background and about what methods I would use if I was hired at Workday.

Question 1
What do you think you would do as part of our team?
We aim to make the interview process both positive and informative, ensuring both you and our interviewers have the necessary insights to make a confident employment decision. Regardless of the result, we're pleased you had a positive experience and had the chance to meet some of our wonderful Workmates.
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workday (Boulder, CO) in May 2024
Interview
Recruiter call, hiring manager call, in person presentation at their office for 6 hours. Company completely lacks integrity and takes advantage of prospective employees. The research teams there pride themselves on education versus real world experience. If you have a PhD in underwater basket weaving, you're hired. Bachelors? Screwed.
