Interview
The interview process was unclear. I did not have an initial phone screening. I just had a coordinator reach out to me to schedule a 1 hour meeting with the Hiring Manager. A couple of days after my initial meeting, I was now approach to set up a 30 minute meeting with someone from the "hiring team". I was not given any guidance as to who I'm meeting with, the interview process or what to expect. I sent an email to the coordinator and a second name which was on the scheduling emails (which turned out to be the recruiter) asking these clarifying questions, and the recruiter never responded to my inquiry. About 2 hours before my scheduled interview, I received a note to reschedule as the interviewer was busy. I did and asked yet again my clarifying questions, and still did not receive a response. It wasn't until after I was not selected that the recruiter finally introduced himself and provided feedback. I appreciate that feedback was provided, but this was such an unpleasant preparation process. Speaks volumes on what to expect from this team.
