The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workday (Boulder, CO)
Interview
3 rounds of interviews over several days. I noticed some of the questions were the same as the ones in previous reviews so it's good to take a look at that.

The interview process was thorough and well-organized, involving multiple stages. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by technical assessments and behavioral interviews. Each stage was transparent, and the interviewers were professional and approachable, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit.

Interview
I applied online and the HR got back to me from a recruiter screening interview. He spoke so well, explained every detail of the upcoming interview and said the Hiring Manager really wants to talk to me. After that, I was waiting to hear back from them for weeks and didn't. I pinged the HR, no reply. Then I get a mail saying they tried to contact me multiple times but I didn't respond so I'm out of the application pool. Again I pinged the HR person and no reply. Very disappointed as I didn't find any communication from their end but I was rejected saying I haven't been responsive?? Is this a new way people are getting rejected?
At Workday, we strive to offer every candidate an exceptional experience and deem a lack of communication unacceptable. We'd also welcome a follow-up with you if you're interested - please just email interview@workday.com
