I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Working Theory Farm (Hillsboro, OR)
Interview
Two rounds of interviews with two different staff members. The good: I was sent the questions ahead of time, but only a few hours before the interview. The bad: When I found out I didn't get the job, I asked for feedback as to what I could have done better, and all I was told was that I wasn't "inspiring" and I didn't "stand out" and they were going by "gut feeling" to decide who to hire. So helpful. Thanks. I was asked many of the same questions at both interviews, and a lot of the questions in the second interview were practical questions about working style, work/life balance, etc. which are great, but they don't exactly lend themselves to inspiring, world-changing answers.

Question 1
Will you tell us about a time that you had to navigate conflict with a co-worker? What did you learn from this experience? Is there anything you'd do differently?
