Prolonged process with many teams. I answered the same question multiple times - it seemed like they were trying to catch me out somehow. I did not feel comfortable with the Senior Management.

The First stage involves a Pre-sreening interview by the Human Resource personnel, Second stage is case study questions relevant to the job description accompanied by a Predictive Index Survey test as the third stage after submission of case study questions, Follow this is the first interview with line managers on getting a brief overview of the person they have selected for the job and then,after this stage, is the final interview.

The shortlisting for the communications role was first done via a recruitment agency (Dela Atruba- NGO Recruit). The second round included a panel that included the WBR staff, the final interview was with the global director of marketing based in Chicago.
