Process for interviews wasn't too bad, filled out app, took assessment tests. Interviewed with I believe 2 different managers phone, and over Zoom. Questions were pretty normal and nothing out of the usual.

The process was very straight forward Answered questions, filled out forms. Had a virtual interview and offered position at end of the virtual interview. Process was easy, the timeframe for starting training was a long wait though. Takes about 3-4 weeks before they start.

Interview
Two part telephone call. Individual call asks questions concerning previous job experience on how you handle different customer service experiences. Be prepared with well thought out answers and various specific examples.
