Interview
I was asked via email to come in for an interview. I met first with the hiring manager and spent about 30 minutes discussing my prior work experience, WWT as a whole, and information about the position itself. The manager left and sent in the rest of his team, with whom I discussed the same topics and answered some more personal question. I was informed a week later that they decided to go with a candidate that had more experience related to the position.

There weren't any difficult or unexpected questions - it was a very conversational interview, with typical questions related to prior experience, where I want to be in the future, what I want out of a career, and what interests me about the company/position. The interview process was very friendly/casual and seemed to be more about evaluating how we might flow as a team.
