First step was a screening process. After checking if I was a good match, I moved to a second interview directly with the Engineering Manager asking for this position to be filled. He proceeded to evaluate if I really had a grasp of what the job and industry is about, to which I was able to demonstrate my years of experience on this industry. He evaluated not just technical knowledge, but also the fit in the team.
Liked the process, not wasting time and straight to the point.
