During the interview process, we did a walk-through of the gym and building itself, got a rundown on the company and how the gym was originally designed for the employees of the building next-door and then we went over résumé and interview questions. It was just one interview and then a decision.

They asked me if I would be comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers face-to-face.
