Interview
Firstly there is a screening call where they ask you HR questions, what the scheme is about and why you want to join.
If you pass the screening, the next stage is a technical assessment which takes about 35 minutes to complete. The assessment asks you a bunch of questions before finished with some numerical reasoning questions.
Finally, after passing all those steps, you do a final interview with a current employee and a senior person. You have to talk about a technical project and answer questions. They also ask you a bunch of typical interview questions.
If all is good, you will get a call with an offer a few days later.
