      Customer Care Associate Interview

      16 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Raleigh, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Raleigh, NC) in May 2014

      Interview

I had applied online several times before receiving an email for open interviews. Several of us were taken to a room to test for the basic requirements of the job: two listening tests and two typing tests. The tests were fairly low-stress. Then we waited an hour or so for our actual one-on-one interviews. Only a few questions about education and work experience were asked before being offered the position. The training process and wages were discussed at the end of the interview.
