The recruiter called me without scheduling a time with me twice. Later on, he sent an email and told me he couldn't reach me. I scheduled a time with him for the following day and he still didn't call at the time we were supposed to have phone interview. He sent an email hours later and said he ran into some difficulties. The whole process just seem very unprofessional
There were a series of three interviews weeks apart. Time from last interview to offer letter was lengthy. Additionally, there were competitive assignments stemming from the interview that didn't necessarily feel relevant to the role.
