The interviewer called 10 minutes late and called me by the wrong name. They immediately started asking questions about my background without providing any introduction about themselves or their background at the company. At the end of the call I was told I'd hear back in a week or so about whether or not they wanted to move forward but I was not contacted again.

Asked about my familiarity with Xometry and my day-to-day responsibilities in my current role.
Interesting communications and interviews. Everyone was friendly and knew their roles really well. Expectations were communicated and they were open. HR followed up and set interviews very well. Overall, good learning experience.
