Its very time consuming and HR is not al all bothered for the position You need to do continuous followup as if its only tour requirement I got a call for telephonic and was scheduled at 5 I was waiting but no one called Later when i sent mail HR is saying sorry I forget will reschedule it Telephonic was good After 2 weeks and continue follow up mail they gave me feed back as positive and can move for f2f round It was scheduled in morning 8AM Once i reached waiting for interviewer suddenly at 8:30 HR calls HR sits in mumbai office and saying person is not well arranging another pannel I said ok at 9:30 HR is again calling another pannel member is busy in meeting and would be available at 10:30 Means from moring 8 to 10:00 u are just waiting thr and no worth Later it wwas supposed to be scheduled in 2nd half but still when i sent mail or followup with HR there was no responce In short NoT a trusted company any time during process position can close and they wont even inform you that even they revoked few offer letters
