It was a great interview experience. The questions were not difficult, and I was asked to introduce myself in Chinese, which allowed me to demonstrate my language skills and professional background confidently.

I had interview with CRO for the first round, CEO for the second round. Both have approved my ability and would like to proceed to the next stage. Unfortunately couldn't make it to the final round with HRBP, because of my asked package. I had several experience interviewing at Chinese invested tech companies and all could not proceed to final offer because of the package. Did not think I am asking for too high, but mainly like they have been wanting for hiring with tight budget.
