The process was more than a month long. First 2 interviews went within a week of each other, then a break of 3 weeks before my third interview (which was a panel phone conference call). Between my second and third interview I was told I was no longer in consideration for the position. 2 weeks after that I was contacted again, where they stated another position opened up and they would like to bring me in for the third interview. I was never contacted since the third interview, I assume I will not be offered a job there but I would have liked clarification that I am no longer in consideration.
As a manager myself, I have always been clear and informed individuals who have interviewed whether or not they will be offered a position. I feel that will at least give the individual closure on the process so they can move on to other opportunities. IMO
