One interview with management, one interview with the whole team to assess personality fit. The questions were very easy and it felt comfortable. Such a easy and relax work environment with people that want to make an impact.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at YWCA (Oklahoma City, OK) in Jan 2018
Interview
Respectful, kind, compassionate, and insightful interviewers. Truly care about their clients and want the absolute best fit for each department/department head. Apply to be a volunteer and complete Crisis Services Training prior to applying for a position at the YWCA. They are more willing to hire someone after they have volunteered at their agency for a few months and prove they are dedicated to their organization/will not get burnt out within a month.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at YWCA (Lethbridge, AB) in Oct 2015

The interview was run by the program manager. The position I applied for was not the position discussed in the interview. The HR did not say anything. The age discussed in the interview was 19.10/hour and the actual wage in context was 18.12/hour (same situation with other employees). HR forgot to contact me to extend the offer. The Program Manager contacted me weeks later to start immediately
