I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Yelp (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2013
Interview
Talked with Yelp at a university career fair and got an on-campus interview appointment. Interview was about 45 minutes. Talked with the interviewer about my previous internship/job and resume items. Interviewer asked what my ideal job would be at Yelp. I talked about front end things, so we discussed javascript and jquery. He asked me how I would go about writing a library like jquery and what would be the biggest issues I would run into. Then he asked me the technical question and I solved it on a whiteboard.
