Contacted via email after an employee referral to set up a phone interview. Was called exactly on time, went through typical sales position related questions. The biggest part of nailing the phone interview is being personable and the role play.
I was asked to leave a voicemail to a pizza company owner who did not show up for a scheduled meeting with me. Tried the first time by myself. Her feedback to me was that though it was important to not be rude, don't be too friendly - show a sense of urgency for the potential client to call you back so they can get their pizza company page to show up before any of the many competitors' pages online. Tried again with her feedback in mind, however there was a LOT of stuttering and stammering and searching for words because it was hard for me to not be too friendly/polite, while not being pushy, while not just saying exactly what she said. In hindsight I realize the point is to 1. implement the feedback while 2. sounding confident and 3. keeping it short and sweet and 4. show some urgency (as after all it IS sales). Stay confident and you should be fine.

Very professional, informative, and timely interview process. I was very impressed with how well put together the entire process was and how fast things moved. Everyone on the hiring team was extremely punctual and even willing to take extra time to make sure all your questions are answered.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
