I applied through other source. I interviewed at Young Vic (London, England)
Interview
It was okay. Don’t recommend zoom interviews, it was very hard to communicate effectively and connect with the interview panel. Both on the panel seemed a bit over the interview process and it was rushed.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Young Vic in Feb 2022
Interview
I applied via their website and had to fill in an application form as they do not take CVs. Just over a week later I received an email inviting me to a panel interview with 3 members of the team. The interview lasted 30 minutes and I had to answer 6 questions (2 from each team member, basically I got a grilling during the interview) After the interview took place I was told I would I hear back from before 15 Feb, its now 1st March and I have heard absolutely nothing from them despite sending two emails requesting feedback.
This is the first and last time I will apply to the Young Vic Theatre.

What made you apply for this role
I applied online. I interviewed at Young Vic in Jun 2021
Interview
Very chill but not many opportunities to talk because there was so many people and we had a very brief time to share our ideas in the task given. It was easy in practice but very hard to actually show why you'd be good for the role and why they should give it to you
