ZINAD interview questions

I've had an initial interview with an HR representative. I later was told that I passed my first round and the second round will be a technical interview with the hiring manager. After scheduling the interview they sent me a rejection mail which I found very unprofessional considering they'd told me I already passed my interview and asked me for a second interview.

The questions focused on basic cybersecurity concepts, previous experience, and scenarios related to security awareness training.
