non technical process,more on comm skills,they did not ask any tech questions,which i expected.they did not ask any queries about database which they are supposed to this implies the role is totally non tech and we cant expect growth

1. Hackerrank test: The interview process started with an initial hackerrank test. The problem was very easy to solve. It took around 5 minutes for me to solve the problem.

2. Screening interview: The next phase was a screening interview over phone. Basic technical questions were asked in the interview. It was around 30 minutes long.

3. Full technical interview: The final phase was supposed to be an on site interview. However since I live abroad, it was online. There were three interviews with three different engineers.

The interviewers are easy going and cooperative. It was a smooth experience.

Its like a phone iv with the HR, ask all the basic things like whats in my resume, why i wanna work in zalora, background. The HR is pleasant then got an assessment test, basically an excel asssessment which is essential for the role

Great interview! You really have to be fashionable and trendy in order to answer the questions well. The atmosphere of the interview is casual and fun as well. They also get back with the results right away.

The interview was pleasant. There will be 3 stages of interview, and I had just finished my first interview with the department manager. In was conducted thru Zoom meeting which is so convenience as I'm currently not in Selangor. Both HR, who organized the interview and the manager, who interviewed me, were so helpful. They help with with all my enquiries. The next stage should be with Quality Management department.

The interview was conducted only. I was interviewed by only one person on Zoom who is the finance department senior manager since I’m under finance department. The question that she asked was basically about basic accounting treatment. She was really friendly and it was more to casual instead of having so formal interview.

The process took around 1 month during this pandemic. They have 3 interview stages, one phone interview and two videocall interview. The interviewers are friendly and most of the questions are scenario based. Prepare yourself and do some case study can make you ace in the interview.
