completed a 3 hour trial shift, then got a call a few days later from the manager advising that i got the job. i started officially working the following week.

Super casual, standing up outside. Had to fill in a form asking about availability how I heard about the job etc. The questions the interviewer asked felt very juvenile especially bc they were reading off a template. The process is definitely tailored toward high school students. Genuinely thought it went well, but then they never got back to me.
