Disappointed with the Hiring Process
I took the assessment test as part of the hiring process and was hopeful about the opportunity. However, after completing the test, the recruiter completely stopped responding—no replies to messages or calls. What’s more disappointing is that I didn’t receive any feedback, whether positive or negative.
A simple update or closure would’ve been appreciated. Candidates invest their time and effort, and clear communication should be a basic part of the process. I hope the company improves its candidate experience moving forward.
